At Rock & Rain we recognize that all children come in lots of lovely shapes & sizes regardless of their age. We have sized our products to address the fact that every child is uniquely made & instead of our labels telling you a specific age, we have introduced the “ish”.
Our products range from age 1 ½ ish right through to age 6ish… with a great big size raindrop printed in the back-neck to help you easily pick out the right suit when you need it.
The below chart details are indicative of a child’s body measurements only. It should allow you to make a more informed decision as to the correct fit for your child/children. To choose the best fit, select the size with the greatest number of dimensions that reflect your requirements. However we have worked hard to ensure that each ‘ish’ size is a best guide for you to follow.

Our All in one suits are designed to allow children to move freely even when wearing their bulkiest winter coats underneath – so don’t worry about factoring that in when choosing the size.
If your child is in between sizes… we recommend you ‘Size up’ – this way you will get the benefit of the suit for the longest time possible!
When it’s warm & rainy, or if you are using them indoors the suits are still perfect with just light clothing underneath.
